Our Story
Property Outlet LLC was founded in 1999 in Puerto Rico and expanded to Central Florida in 2009 by Jose M. Ortiz, a multiple-licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, entrepreneur, and graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing.
Combining his background in business strategy and marketing with decades of real estate experience, Jose Ortiz created Property Outlet with a clear mission: to build a brokerage where agents could grow through education, innovation, and strong professional support.
What began as a family-driven brokerage has grown into one of the largest family-owned real estate offices in Central Florida, built on a culture that values training, leadership, and agent success.
The continued growth of Property Outlet is the result of a shared commitment between leadership and its agents to deliver exceptional service, strategic guidance, and results for buyers, sellers, and investors.

You’ll only pay $299.99 per deal E&O included in all residential transactions only until you reach the cap and then you don’t have to pay for the rest of the year. If the office provides leads to you, then, the split commission agreed will apply.
