Property Outlet LLC. was Founded in 1999 in Puerto Rico and in 2009 in the State of Florida by Jose Ortiz, a Multiple-Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Instructor and entrepreneur.  Property Outlet LLC, ranks as one of the largest family-owned real estate offices in the Central Florida, thanks to our Agent’s commitment to excellence.

How Much I will Pay Per Deal ?

You’ll only pay $299.99 per deal E&O included in all residential transactions only until you reach the cap and then you don’t have to pay for the rest of the year.  If the office provides leads to you, then, the split commission agreed will apply.

What's a Yearly CAP?

We see Production Yearly Cap, as the fair share between the agent and the broker.  Our cap is 15 residential transactions per year and then,  no more transaction fees will be collected until the end of the same calendar year.
